EXPERT 140C is a large format roll laminator with high utility value and comfortable control of individual functions. The maximum lamination width is 142 cm, and the material passage width is 146 cm. Automatic adjustment of the appropriate pressure also makes it easy to apply self-adhesive materials to boards up to a maximum thickness of 4 cm. Laminating rollers with a diameter of 8 cm and optimized hardness of gray EPDM rubber, which is characterized by high mechanical resistance during lamination, guarantee high-quality lamination. The overall rigidity of the laminator and mechanical resistance is ensured by a welded, robust frame with four full aluminum axes in the body, which provide precise guidance of the lamination and laminated material on the two braked axes + winding of the leading material and finished product on two axes driven by separate motors. Thank to this, the laminator enables direct "roll to roll" lamination! The feed is a two-speed motor controlled by a foot pedal. The laminator is equipped with electronic roller pressure control with preset options for various board materials.
